General Description: Located in Smithfield, RI. Full time employee position and Part-time and/or per diem contractor positions needed to train and supervise HBTS treatment staff in implementation of HBTS Treatment Plan, develop individual treatment plan and relevant measurement systems; design and assist in the management of research projects; participate in program development activities as designated by the director; provide parent training, consult to public schools. Promote an individual focus that supports dignity, protection of rights and furthers the organization’s mission, philosophy and values.
Minimum Qualifications: The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Must be a Rhode Island licensed health care professional eligible to provide clinical supervision as outline in State of Rhode Island Department of Human Services Certification Standards for Providers of Home Based Therapeutic Services ( LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist or BCBA). A minimum of 3 years working with children and families in a home based setting preferred. Minimum of three years working with children or adults with special health care needs.
