Guardianship & Representative Payee

Provides services to assist with financial needs, as well as legal/medical advocacy. The Guardianship project allows us to be appointed by the Probate Court to assume advocacy on behalf of an individual’s personal, medical, and/or financial decisions. The Representative Payee project allows us to assist individuals in managing and budgeting their funds.

Success Stories

We are a local affiliate of a state-wide and national advocacy organization formed in 1959 by a small group of parents concerned about the quality of life for their family members with disabilities.
