General Description
Direct Support Professionals provide direct assistance and support services to address the needs of individuals with disabilities and/or their families. The Direct Support Professional reports directly to and receives weekly and/or as needed support and supervision from their Team Supervisor and/or program.
Minimum Requirements
●High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required
●At least 18 years of age
●Associates or Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field preferred/one year experience working with people with disabilities and their families
●Safe driving record, current driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current motor vehicle liability insurance required.
●Ability to pass a CORI/SORI
