How do our participants pick up their shirts and bibs?

  1. Pre-Race Day Bib Pickup
    1. 10/25, 12-6 PM at Memorial Field
  2. Race Day Bib Pickup
    1. 10/26, 7-8:45 AM at Memorial Field

Race Day Schedule

Please review the race day schedule carefully to plan for a successful day!

6:30 AM - Parking Lots Open

7:00 AM - Race Day Bib Pickup Opens at Memorial Field

7:00 AM - Live Entertainment Begins

8:30 AM - Opening Ceremonies Begin

8:30 AM - Final Shuttle from Leonard Morse Hospital Parking

8:45 AM - Bib Pickup Closes

8:45 AM - Memorial Field Opens, All Participants With Bibs Proceed To Start Line. No Non-Participants, Food, or Drinks Permitted on Memorial Field.

8:55 AM - National Anthem

9:00 AM - 5K and 1/2 5K START at the Start Line

10:20 AM - Kids' Run START at the Start Line

10:30 AM - Closing Ceremony and Award Presentation at Event Stage

11:30 AM - Live Entertainment Ends

12:00 PM - Final Shuttle to Leonard Morse Hospital Parking

12:00 PM - Post-Race Event Closes


Where do people park?

A: Guests can park in any of the Natick High School/Memorial Field parking lots. They will fill on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking will be at Leonard Morse Hospital, with a shuttle to take guests to Memorial Field.

Will there be food/drinks?

A: Wegman’s will be providing water and snacks to finishers, and all guests with a bib will receive a free mini sub from Jersey Mike’s. All guests are welcome to bring additional food and drink as needed.
